This does not end when you pay for your furniture. Proper setup and delivery is essential to guarantee your satisfaction. For this reason we try to handle nearly all our deliveries ourselves with our in-house delivery staff.

Tom, our warehouse manager, has been with us over 20 years. Adolfo has been with us almost 10 years. They take special care not to damage your home during the delivery process. It seems like a simple point but unfortunately not every delivery service cares as much about your home as you do. All final assembly is handled by us.

For our friends outside San Diego, we take special steps to ensure you will get your new furniture in pristine condition. When furniture is packaged for delivery to a store, it is generally set up for delivery on a pallet. The packaging is minimal. In the event we are shipping furniture to you, we take special steps to enforce the packaging. This minimizes damage that may occur in transit. Most companies don't take this special step. This is why we boast so many satified customers.
